When we arrived we were upgraded to a great suite on the 3rd floor. I assume it was an apartment at one time. 304 I believe was the room. It was exceptional and I appreciated the upgrade. Several years ago my husband was a patient at Emory for several weeks. The Georgian Terrace was my hotel during that time. The staff was accommodating and I was so glad to have a warm and comfortable place to stay with a wonderful restaurant. I must mention our Door Man on the evening of the 5th of January was awesome. We had ordered an UBER that never arrived. He took care of the situation and we ordered another ride . Much thanks to the Georgian and their staff especially at the front desk.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite; the size was great. The overall appearance was okay, but it was a little dated. The grout in the tiling was old, and the bed sheets were stained, but when addressed with staff, they apologised and offered a discount on my stay. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast was excellent; the food was made exactly how I requested it. Location is great but o local shops. The door staff and main desk staff are very helpful and respectful. My only complaint is the dated kitchen. The units are incredibly dated and the appliances. But overall, I enjoyed my stay. Would I stay again? Yes/

The Georgian Terrace truly is one of those grand classic hotels from a bygone era and we enjoyed the feel of the place, even though we stayed in what seems to be a newer part of the hotel. Our suite on the 8th floor was comfy with a small sitting room, a good-sized bedroom, and a nice little balcony. Proper amenities like good bedside tables and lights, comfortable chairs and a desk, but surprisingly, no refrigerator. The atrium when you enter is very cool, and also neat from the upper floors by the elevators. Close to a Marta stop and several good restaurants.

Bed was very comfy, room was huge, lots of storage space, and the A/C worked wonderfully. I felt pretty safe there as a solo female. Location was good for my purposes (work conference), don't know if it'd be good for a tourist because it's located in what seems like a business district.

Property was beautiful, elevators ran quickly, especially given how busy the area was. The coffee shop attached was extremely convenient, and served good coffee and better biscuits. The desk and valet services were wonderful, and deserve every tip you give.
